_MEDIUM DENSITY ELEMENTS

Collie recently assisted ID Land in obtaining planning approval for the subdivision and development of a medium density residential precinct for their master planned development ‘Elements’ in Truganina.

The approved subdivision (layout below) once developed, will comprise of 85 mostly medium density dwellings, a local park and two superlots with the potential for commercial, residential or office development.

The approved subdivision has been designed so that many of the dwellings will enjoy frontages to the waterway reserve that runs along the western boundary of the subdivision.  The subdivision is also located conveniently immediately west of a future local town centre.

Collie looks forward to the development of this new part of Elements and expects it to complement the areas of Elements currently being developed further to the west.
