_ID Land adds to Elements

Collie recently assisted ID Land in obtaining town planning approval for the subdivision of land, which will be the latest addition to the ID Land master planned development ‘Elements’ in Truganina.

The approved subdivision once developed, will comprise over 300 dwellings with a mix of conventional and medium densities and two waterway reserves.  The subdivision has been designed to ensure that many of the lots will front the waterway reserves and for the medium density lots to front a future area of public open space.

It is expected that this latest subdivision will help to deliver the Elements development, which once completed will consists of over 1300 dwellings, areas of open space, wetland reserves, a prep – year 9 independent school and a shopping centre.
