_AMX to the MAX

Collie recently assisted the client in providing town planning advice in relation to two sites in Victoria, and two in New South Wales, focusing on the potential for the client to operate its AMX auto accessories store at the site.

As part of its advice Collie reviewed the relevant planning controls and advised whether or not the use was permitted/permissible.

Collie is pleased that following this advice, AMX has opened new stores at Hoppers Crossing and North Geelong but have ‘walked away’ (or should that be ridden away?) from a potential site in Mayfield, New South Wales.
