_Jacksons Hill Stage 19

Collie assisted Development Victoria in obtaining town planning approval for the subdivision of Stage 19 at Jacksons Hill, Sunbury.  Stage 19 is the final residential stage of the extensive and successful Jacksons Hill development.

The Collie involvement on the project ranged from town planning advice on the subdivision of the site, preparation of a detailed development plan and design guidelines, preparation of the subdivision plan for endorsement as well as extensive liaison with the project team and Hume City Council which ultimately resulted in obtaining planning approval for the subdivision.

Collie has had a long involvement in Jacksons Hill and with the approval of the final stage, we look forward to seeing the ultimate completion of the project.
