_Warehouse Due Diligence Advice

Collie worked with the client providing town planning research and advice in relation to two sites, being Preston, Victoria and Tweed Heads South, New South Wales (pictured below).  The due diligence planning advice focused on the potential to operate warehouse distribution centres at the two sites.

Collie reviewed the relevant local planning provisions to determine planning controls and approval triggers in place, the implications of ‘as built’ facilities and possible areas of non-compliance and issues relating to existing use right provisions.  Collie summarised the due diligence investigations with an indication of the likelihood of approval and any possible risks.
