_Burleigh Heads Warehousing and Distribution Centre

Collie recently assisted a client in providing town planning advice in relation to a site in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.  The town planning assistance was to provide due diligence planning advice on the potential for the client to operate a warehouse wholesale distribution centre at the site.

As part of the services, Collie reviewed the relevant local planning provisions of the Gold Coast City Plan that applies to the site, as well as liaise with local Gold Coast planning officers to further determine specific site controls and any development approval triggers that may apply.  In doing so, Collie was able to advise the client that the proposed use was appropriate for the site.
