_Willow Display

Collie recently assisted ID Land in obtaining a town planning permit for a display village in Willowbank Road, Gisborne, which will assist in the continued marketing of its Willow residential master planned estate.

The display village will include the following.

• Display homes.
• A sales and information centre.
• Signs to allow for the advertising of the display village and each display home.

When completed, the Willow development will comprise over 600 dwellings, areas of open space, wetland reserves and a primary school.
