Collie assisted a luxury international retail brand, in obtaining the town planning approval for its new Berluti store in Collins Street, Melbourne. The store is within the Collins East Precinct which is known as the ‘Paris’ end of Collins Street with a strong presence of luxury Australian and international retail brands.
The store occupies one of the ground retail tenancies with a Collins Street frontage at Kurrajong House, in Collins Street, Melbourne.
Collie worked with the architects to prepare a planning permit application for alterations to the façade of the building and advertising signs and liaised with Melbourne City Council through the process.
